Workshops followed the Let's Tango Party

Followed the New Year Dancing Party "Let's Tango" on Dec 27th, Ta.Tango will jointly with CK dancing club host a serie of workshops for beginners and intermediates with schedule and content as follows:

Dec 28th:
6-7.30pm:For beginners with introduction about Tango, styles and music. And basic figures in tango:
a. Salida
b. Ocho forward
c. Sanwich

20-21.30: Intermediate: Workshops on Giro-Molinette. Men and ladies techniques in turn. Variations of this technique

Dec 29th:

6-7.30pm: For beginners
a. Repeat of figures in Dec 28th
b. Ocho forward and backward
c. Guncho from both sides
d. Link all basic figures. Dance those with music.

20-21.30: Intermediate: Workshops on Boleos and Ocho Cortado.

Sau buổi dạ tiệc Let's Tango, Ta.Tango sẽ phối hợp với CLB Chí Anh - Khánh Thi tổ chức một serie Tango worshops như sau:

Chủ nhật, ngày 28/12:

18h00 – 19.30. Lớp 1 – cơ bản
Giới thiệu về Tango: các loại nhạc và phong cách chơi Tango tại Áchentina và trên thế giới.
Học những bước cơ bản nhất của Tango:
A. Sa-li-đa 8 bước
B. Ô-chô (tiến)
C. Sandwich

20h00 – 21h30. Lớp 1 – trung cấp
Workshop về Giro-Molinette. Các kỹ thuật của nam và nữ trong turn và Molinette. Các vũ hình phát triển kỹ thuật này.

Thứ Hai, Ngày 29/12:

18h00 – 19h30. Lớp 2 – cơ bản
a. Ôn lại 3 bước của buổi trước (cho người cũ và giới thiệu lại cho người mới).
Các bước tiếp theo:
b. Ô-chô (lùi)
c. Găn-chô và găn-chô cả 2 phía.
d. Một số cách nối tất cả 5 bước cơ bản của Tango. Demo và review.

20h00 – 21h30. Lớp 2 – trung cấp. Workshop: Boleos và Ocho Cortado.

New Year Dancing party at CK club (with Ta.Tango performance)

Chi Anh Khanh Thi dancing club welcomes you to New Year Dancing Party - "Let's Tango", organized by this club and generously sponsored by Embassy of Argentine in Vietnam.

With performance of Ta.Tango.

Participation of other dancing groups of Belly dance, Salsa, Dancesport, Tap dance are also part of the Dancing night.

Siempre Milonga! Uno Ano de Tango

New Year is around. A year has passed, so many milestones have been laid. For Ta.Tango this December is also special because exactly one year ago the first ever Tango Argentine class started in Saigon. To recall those sweet memories, and to welcome a new year, we would like to cordially invite you to share with us joyful moment of tango dancing at party named “Siempre Milonga! Uno Ano de Tango” (Siempre Milonga! One year of Tango).

Time: 7.30pm, Friday, December 26th, 2008
Location: Café Petite Note
Fee: 100,000 VND (including free buffet snack and 01 drink). Tickets availale at door or can be booked in advance.
Music: DJ by Ta.Tango with main theme is Tango music. Tunes for Salsa and other Latin dances will also be played for a "spicy night" in ocassions.

Free introductory class: from 7.30- till 8pm

Spot of the night: Everyone is asked to bring a litle gift to hang on the special Xmas tree. At the end of the Milonga each one will receive random gift picekd right from the tree.
